Terms and conditions regulating the Tourist Guides Training
The candidate will have to submit a certificate or any relevant document of the foreign languages known.
The candidates must be interested in providing guiding services to tourist visiting the state.
The candidates will be provided tourist guide training by expert faculty free of cost.
The candidates will be certified by TCGL as a Tourist Guide and then he/she can work as a Tourist Guide in the state of Gujarat and charge the Guiding fees from the Tourist/Travel agent.
TCGL will connect the successful candidates to the Travel and Tourism industry in Gujarat dealing with the inbound Tourist
The candidate must have completed 12th grade or hold an equivalent 10+2 qualification.
TCGL will also contact the successful candidates for special projects.
The guiding would be on freelancing basis.
This is purely a training programme and the candidate will be not be in any manner appointed by permanent/ Contractual or any means by Tourism corporation of Gujarat Limited.
TCGL reserves the right to admission for the training programme
