Khandvi

Soft rolls made of gram flour and tempered with coconut, mustard seeds, and curry leaves, these melt-in-the-mouth snacks are extremely appetising. The yellow, bite-sized snack is also made in Maharashtra as Dahivadi and Suralichi Vadi.
